Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to postal and courier service schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, appropriately packaged containers to maintain privacy and product integrity. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval and dispensing, and a full refund will be issued. Once your prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
